No Time like Ramadan Time

Ramadan the 9th Month of Islamic Calendar began and the believers around the World has started fasting in day and offering Qiyam (Taraweeh) at night.  Lets analyse what impact Ramadan makes on lives of those who follow its course.

As the chapter Al Baqra verse 183 says

  2:183

O you who  believe, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous.

To tame ourselves to Righteousness is not so easy we need to strive to achieve this task, our Nafs(soul) will not give up bad habits so easily and similarly will not do good things so easily. To tame an Elephant people lay a trap by digging a large tract and filling its top with green grass once Elephants falls into this trap they keep it hungry till a time when the Elephants becomes so weak that it says I will do as You say.

Similarly our Nafs can be tamed by keeping it hungry so that the natural desires gets secondary status (Eating ,other natural desires etc). One aspect this voluntary giving up of eating and drinking gives us a feel of how those underprivileged people who lack even basic needs are going through.

As whole day we kept our body hungry it is all but natural that we now put it to rest but wait now our nafs has to go through another training that of depriving it of Sleep and making it hear the divine verses which guide mankind of what is the purpose of life or in other words reality of this world.

If someone follows with full determination this whole month in the prescribed way then at the end of the month he comes out like a transformed man whose thinking ,whose actions all have a strong sense of responsibility (accountability on day of judgement).

This month is a month to share our resources with those who are deprived so muslims take out Zakath (all round the year ) specially in Ramadan (2.5 % of wealth) and give it to those who are needy.

Ramadan is more than just fasting it is a month if followed in the prescribed way can change the whole humanity and make them feel the needs of each other. In the present system 1% of the People possess 90% of the wealth and rest 99% possess the 10% of the wealth. Islam gives the message of sharing which does not make us poor but the same wealth we take out for the needy floats in the market making the market floating and keeps us out of things like recessions and depression as what Europe and US are as of now facing.

Human Rights Watch Cites 'Atrocities' in Myanmar

Government forces stood by and watched as sectarian violence erupted last month in western Myanmar and then opened fire on Muslim Rohingyas as they tried to save their burning homes, Human Rights Watch claimed Wednesday.
In a 56-page report, the New York-based rights group called for strong international reaction to "atrocities" committed during last month's bloody unrest between Rakhine Buddhists and Muslim Rohingya.

According to unofficial reports, more than 20,000 Muslims have been killed, tortured and displaced by the extremist Buddhists in Burma’s Rakhine province, the worst sectarian killing in this part of the world over the years, Pakistan Observer reported on July 13.
The violence had killed 29 people in a day and displaced more than 30,000, said Htein Lin, secretary of the country’s Ministry for Border Affairs.
Around 2,500 houses have been burnt down, Reuters reported on 14th June. Meanwhile, The Telegraph reported on June 21 that more than 80 have been killed in Burma in the month said.
Neither International Organizations, NGO’s, Human Rights Organization, major countries nor Myanmar’s government has proposed a solution for the 800,000 Rohingya, who live in desperate conditions that resemble refugee camps and make up one of the largest groups of stateless people in Asia.

After reading and watching helplessly the recent massacre of minority Burmese Muslims by the Buddhist majority, let not another hypocrite sing that phoney and repugnant 'song' about Buddhists being "peaceful."

In June 2012, hundreds Burmese Muslims have been butchered, and many more injured and made homeless in Burma as a result religious intolerance by the Buddhist majority. The Burmese military government, far from trying to resolve the problem and protect the minority, has been silently conniving with the rioters by creating greater hardships for the Muslim minority.

The reason of this June 2012 riot is unknown except for the periodical outbursts of the Burmese Buddhists to show their might and vent their anger on the helpless minority. It is commonly accepted that the June 2012 massacre of Burmese Muslims was intentionally orchestrated by the rioters in collaboration with the government. Yet the world, including the UN, is conveniently silent. The brazenly hypocritical and unscrupulous woman, Aung San Suu Kyi, is very prompt at accusing the Burmese military of human rights violations when she is under house arrest. But she finds nothing wrong when the military helps the Buddhist mobs to murder the innocent Muslim minority of her country.

As in India, anti-Muslim riots are nothing unusual in Burma. Violence in Burma against Muslims have been erupting periodically since the 1920s based simply on religious intolerance by the Buddhist majority.
The Muslims of Burma mainly belong to the Arakan state in western Burma. They are known as Rohingya or Burmese Muslims. The term "Rohingya" has been derived from the Arabic word "Raham" meaning sympathy. Muslim settlements began being established in the Arakan province of Burma since the arrival of the Arabs in the 8th century. Presently about 800,000 Rohingya live in Burma. The United Nations describes them as "one of the world’s most persecuted minorities." Yet it has never bothered to help them.

Religious freedom for Muslims in Burma has been systematically curbed. In the post 9/11 era, random accusations of "terrorism" against Muslims have become a common form of persecution and harassment by Burmese Buddhists. Burmese Government does not consider Rohingya Muslims as citizens and they are hated by the Buddhist majority. Rohingya Muslims in Burma have long demanded recognition as an indigenous ethnic group with full citizenship by birthright. But the Government regards them as illegal immigrants from neighboring Bangladesh and denies them citizenship.

"Nobel Prize winner," Aung San Suu Kyi, does not consider Muslims as citizens. Speaking at London School of Economics meeting on June 2012 during her visit to the UK, she said "Rohingya Muslims should not be considered citizens." Later during her press conference at Downing Street, she did not condemn the killings of Rohingya Muslims taking place in Burma. Instead, she simply said that this "ethnic conflict should be investigated and dealt with wisdom." It wasn't just an insufficient response but a very shocking one from someone supposed to have won a "Noble Peace Prize."

The notorious master hypocrite and undercover CIA agent, Dalai Lama, continues to globe trot without mentioning a single word of the dangerously growing Buddhist intolerance in Burma, Thailand, Tibet and across the world. Such intolerance and persecution invariably result in resistance by the oppressed. Many Muslims have joined armed resistance groups, fighting for greater freedom in Burma.

On June 3rd 2012, eight Muslims returning to Rangoon in a bus after visiting a Masjid in the Arakan province were attacked by a mob of hundreds of Buddhists and slaughtered brutally. An eye-witness reported that after the mass murder "the culprits were celebrating triumph spitting and tossing wine and alcohol on the dead bodies lying on the road."

"These innocent people have been killed like animals," said Abu Tahay, of the National Democratic Party for Development, which represents the country’s much-persecuted stateless Muslim Rohingya community.

The Rohingya Muslims of Burma have continued to suffer from human rights violations under the Burmese junta since 1970s. Over the years thousands of Rohingya refugees have fled to neighboring countries like Thailand, Indonesia and Bangladesh etc. Even as refugees they have been facing hardships and have suffered persecution by the Thai government. In February 2009, a group of 5 boats packed with Burmese Rohingya Muslims were taken out and abandoned in the open sea by the Thai army. Four of these boats sank in a storm and one was washed ashore near the Indonesian islands. The few survivors who were rescued by Indonesian authorities told horrific stories of being captured and beaten by the Thai military and then abandoned at open sea.

Being "peaceful" or "humble" (as claimed by their biased supporters) is a far cry concerning the Burmese Buddhists. Their vindictive temperament prowls for vendetta, waiting to use even the most insignificant occurrence as an excuse to perpetrate violence on Burmese Muslims. At any time, if there's some ethnic disturbance between Muslims and Buddhists/Hindus in any other country, the Burmese Buddhists waste no time going on a murderous spry killing the Muslim minority in Burma. If there is the slightest of trouble between Muslims and non-Muslims in Indonesia, it's taken as a pretext to kill Muslims in Burma by Buddhist mobs. The destruction of the statues in Bamiyan (Afghanistan), created an immediate excuse to commit violence against Muslims in Burma in 2001. The firebrand Buddhist monks demanded a Muslim masjid to be destroyed in retaliation. Mobs of Buddhists led by monks, vandalized Muslim-owned businesses and property in Burma, and attacked and killed Muslims in Muslim communities.

Gruesome images of murdered Rohingya Muslims in the recent June 2012 riots in Burma have been circulated on websites, resulting in protests in several Muslim countries and by various human rights activists around the world demanding justice & protection in Burma for the minority, but has fallen on deaf ears as usual, getting little or no coverage from mainstream news channels.

PLEASE SEND THIS AROUND. THE WORLD HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE TRUTH.

Ah.....Innocent Children of Syria .....Alas there is no OIL to save You

The recent Massacre of Syria  BBC-ChildrenMassacre on 26-May-2012 adds to the body pileup of more than ten thousand civilians killed in the Syrian Revolt and the count is going on.
What makes my heart bleed is the latest video and pictures of the victims who can neither be declared terrorist (as most of them are in the age group of 5 to 10 years) nor can they be declared as arsonist.

It is a clear case of cold blooded murder done by a regime whose days are numbered as when oppression and cruelty reaches it peak they are bound to drown as what history has proved be it Pharaoh or be it modern day Mubarak and  Assad will be no exception inshAllah(If Allah wills).
What makes me feel really helpless it the cold response and eye wash by the Western Politicians and Media who are clearly playing a game which is more of Lip Service and mere statements as compared to concrete actions. The BIG reason being poor Syrian children cannot be saved because there is no OIL factor or any immediate gain from the conflict for those who cry Human Rights. We saw that Libya got world outcry as its stories and latest updates were continuously being aired and printed and World Leaders were releasing there statements regularly and there were boots on Libyan Soil in the guise of civilians.....If Libyan case was to save Humans  are not Syrian Civilians Humans ? Why this adopted child treatment with the citizens of this nation.....where are the Human Rights advocates, where are the people whose lips doesn't dry crying Freedom ....why no freedom for Syria ....

Is it becoz there is no puppet personality like Hamid Karzai or Noori Al Maliki for Syria who can take care of Western Interest or there is a threat from Russia or there likes that they will kill US Soldiers and it is the history of US that it always attacks those nations whose retaliation is weak.

Oh Children of Syria remember we are morally with You if no one is helping You there is a creator who is giving some free hand to the oppressors so that He punishes them for there deeds and inshAllah one day Your innocent BLOOD will bring the fruits....... And WEST so called Human Rights and UNO will be exposed. It will be freedom paid from the blood of young and old ,women and children and the future generation will remember you as the Young Martyrs of the Fight.

Is this Life Without a Aim ?

Dear Reader,

There are various perceptions of Purpose of life on this earth....Some declare it to be a result of some mistake whose punishment we are given in the form of Life on this Earth. Some say everything came into existence without any creator and we are not answerable to anyone so Eat Drink and Be Merry who has seen tomorrow,Some say we die we get rebirth time and again and that cycle continues.
If we analyse all those theories we see one or the other defect in these theories. If we look towards Quran for the answer to this complex question we get clear answers.

               Quran says in Chapter 67
"He(Allah) Who created Death And Life, that He May try which of you Is best  indeed,And He is the Exalted In Might, Oft-Forgiving"

Quran, Says in Chapter 3 Verses 190-191
"  Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day are signs for those of understanding-Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides and give thought to the creation of the heavens and the earth, [saying], "Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire."

Is there any clear answer to the creation of Life as compared to the clear purpose mentioned in these verses. If we see the Verse of Chapter 67 it says this Life and Death are a Test, some are tested for there thankfulness by being given Bounties(Wealth etc) some are deprived of these bounties to test there patience.

The Verses in Chapter 3 says that when Humans ponder on the creation of Heavens and Earth they see that such huge creations cannot be made aimlessly ,they are created for some purpose and similar is the altercation of day and night. If we analyse everything has a pair....For Heavens there is  Earth for Day there is night etc similarly for Life its pair is Death so a Human when he reaches on this conclusion He cries out  protection from Hell Fire as  Death takes him to one of the two destinations which is either Paradise or Hell.

We see that those who lack this knowledge are lead by personal wish and whim which may lead to crooked paths leading Humanity to lowest of the low. Some who believe Eat Drink and Be merry see that after a limit their desire is not fulfilled with regular things which they do so they transgress and act in way which is beyond basic human ethic for example in west alcohol and Gay/Lesbian relationship etc are common which makes the society system go haywire as a consequence God not only punishes them in the hereafter but in this same world too with the various ailments, humanity continues to suffer physically, socially and psychophysically.

As for those who think wealth and children are everything they get so much involved in them sometimes that they forget that one day they have to leave everything and go back to report to the creator the account of there life..........

Quran says  “Wealth and children are the adornments of the life of this world.  But the permanent righteous deeds are better in your Lord’s Sight (to attain) rewards, and better in respect of hope.” (Quran 8:46)

In a well-known and oft-repeated parable, the Quran compares the life of this world to a crop that flourishes after rainfall, only to wither up and shrivel in a short period of time.  The Quran states,
“Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children – like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris.  And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval.  And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion.” (Quran 57:20)

From Artificial Life to Real Life : Journey of Sara Bokker former actress

I grew up near a small town in South Dakota. The only religions I was exposed to were various denominations of Christianity. My family and I occasionally attended a Lutheran church, encouraged by my mother, and I was eventually confirmed Lutheran. I did believe in God, but did not believe in all that "church stuff": singing, worshiping pictures of crosses and Jesus, and eating "the body and blood of Christ." It just did not make any sense to me.

For as long as I can remember, something was always missing. There was this hole in my heart, this great sadness and dark loneliness penetrating every cell of my body, mind, and soul. Nothing could fill that hole, and the pain would not go away. I turned to alcohol at a very early age to numb that deep, agonizing pain, but it was only temporary, and it always made me feel even worse after the numbness wore off.

My distance from my family and everyone else around me only increased as I grew older. I had so much disgust and hatred for myself, which caused me to be absolutely horrible to my parents. All I remember wanting was to escape — escape where I was and who I was. However, I found that no matter how hard I tried, I could not escape who I was. Therefore, I was determined to do what I could to escape where I was before I literally destroyed myself.

I became a slave to my looks. I was consumed by it all.
I dropped out of college and left South Dakota for Florida by myself when I was 19. Able to make a fresh start in an exciting new environment, I found a bit of happiness for a brief period of time. But it was only superficial. That pain and sadness, that hole in my heart, was still there.

I spent many years searching for something to heal myself. I turned to psychology, self-help books and tapes and exercise, all of which really did help me a great deal. I was able to gain some strength in order to go on with my life. I did get caught up in the Florida lifestyle though. My various jobs enabled me to gain some easy cash, so it left as fast as it came, thanks to a lot of shopping and partying. In order to keep up with everyone else, I got credit cards — a lot of credit cards — and found myself sinking deeper and deeper in debt, but not even caring since I was just living for the day. I was also caught up in my looks. It cost a lot of time and money to look good. I became a slave to my looks. I was consumed by it all: hairdresser, manicurist, gym, mall, etc. After all, I was how I looked, or so I thought. And I just knew I would be happy if everyone was looking at me, if I got a lot of attention. And I did get attention, but I hated it. It made me miserable. So what would make me happy? I was still searching.

Jesus Foresaw Prophet Mohammad's Arrival in Old Bible Found in Turkey

A 1,500-year-old Bible in which Jesus is believed to have foretold the coming
of the Prophet Mohammed to Earth has attracted attention from the Vatican this week.

Pope Benedict XVI has reportedly requested to see the book, which has been
hidden in Turkey for the last 12 years, according to the Daily Mail.
Prophet, Jesus, Muhammad, Bible

The text, reportedly worth $22 million, is said to contain Jesus’ prediction of the
Prophet’s coming but was suppressed by the Christian Church for years for its
strong resemblance to the Islamic view of Jesus, Turkish culture
and tourism minister Ertugrul Gunay told the newspaper.
“In line with Islamic belief, the Gospel treats Jesus as a human being and not a God.
It rejects the ideas of the Holy  Trinity and the Crucifixion and reveals that Jesus
predicted the coming of the Prophet Mohammed,” the newspaper reported.
